General Code
- Follow all of the City Rules & Laws that applies to every citizen.
- Respect citizens & staff - harassment, hate content, and toxicity aren’t tolerated.
- No exploiting, duping, or third-party abuse - report bugs via tickets (Bug Bounty eligible).
- RP Anywhere - no greenzones; use common sense, value of life, and fear RP.
Roleplay Standards
- Stay immersive - build your character with intention - (see RP for Beginners in docs).
- Remain in character; OOC only when staff directs it or in emergencies.
- Honor active storylines - collaborate, don’t derail. Push plots forward.
- No metagaming, powergaming, or stream sniping - your character only knows what they’ve learned in-city.
Criminal Operations
- Robberies & contracts require planning, motive, and consequence - avoid random DM.
- Drug crafting & dealing must use in-city systems; keep scenes paced and believable.
- Respect territories & organized crime hierarchy; coordinate escalation.
- Allow law enforcement counterplay - investigations, pursuits, and negotiations are part of the story.

- Lead with quality - set the bar for scene etiquette and creativity.
